Local implementation partners assume all liability for contextual adaptation, deployment, and maintenance of technological solutions in their respective jurisdictions. While maintaining its status as a for-profit entity, the Company adheres to a policy of non-discrimination in all aspects of its operations. By accepting funding, technological support, or entering into collaboration with the Company, all parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the Institutional Guidelines referenced herein, which constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
