The Company's operational model represents a hybrid approach that balances commercial sustainability with social impact objectives, and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a representation that the Company operates as a charitable or tax-exempt entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or any other applicable tax regulations.
The intellectual property developed by the Company remains its exclusive property and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, and trademark laws. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding any software solutions provided. Local implementation partners assume all liability for contextual adaptation, deployment, and maintenance of technological solutions in their respective jurisdictions. While maintaining its status as a for-profit entity, the Company adheres to a policy of non-discrimination in all aspects of its operations. By accepting funding, technological support, or entering into collaboration with the Company, all parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the Institutional Guidelines referenced herein, which constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
